Atlantic Casting and Engineering Corporation is looking for a Materials Engineer in its Clifton, New Jersey location. Duties include:  Generate new business and ensures growth of existing accounts. Assess potential application of company products or services and offers solutions that meet customer needs. Provide technical training to clients and communicates customer feedback into future product developments. Use technical knowledge of product offerings to support and build sales. Responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes and equipment (from pilot to fully operational).

5 days/40 hrs./week; 9:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.; The Candidate must have a Master’s degree in Production Engineering, Material Science or other analytical discipline. In lieu of Master’s degree we will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Material Science plus five (5) years of progressive experience in the job offered or related occupation. Must have CAD/CAM software proficiency (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD, I-deas), Six Sigma knowledge, Lean Manufacturing knowledge and experience.
